Precision-engineered, smart cartridges with patented microchip technology to deliver fully contained cell sorting with the MACSQuant Tyto Cell Sorter
The MACSQuant Tyto Cartridge consists of three compartments that can be accessed from above: the input chamber, the positive, and negative collection chambers. Fluorescently labeled cells are loaded into the input chamber, which contains an adjustable propellor to keep cells in suspension. The cartridge houses the actual heart of the sorting system: the microchip.

MACSQuant® Tyto® Running Buffer
PBS-based buffer optimized for use with the MACSQuant Tyto Cartridge
The MACSQuant® Tyto® Running Buffer is a PBS-based buffer optimized for sorting cells using the MACSQuant Tyto Cartridge. It is highly recommended to use the MACSQuant Tyto Running Buffer for optimal sorting results. The input chamber of the MACSQuant Tyto Cartridge holds a 10 mL volume, which means that one bottle is sufficient for at least 10 sorts.
